Plumbing Project Campaign
Our church building is now 50 years old and the building has served us very well over these years. We are very blessed that our predecessors built us a great facility that was built to stand the test of time. Although the structure is in great shape there are a few things that need to be done to prepare for our future. We are putting a fund drive together to cover major repairs that need to be done over the next few years, our needs are outlined below. With your investment in our future we can help guarantee that this facility will be available for us to help the next generation learn about the teachings of Christ. Please consider making an investment in our future by donating today. You have the option of a one time investment or investing over time.
Plumbing Fund Drive
The primary reason for this fund drive is that last fall we became aware of sewer issues within the church. Upon further investigation we found that we tie into the city sewer lines in two places, one out of the educational wing, and the second from the ‘Sanctuary building’. Furthermore, all of the pipes from the Sanctuary building come together in the middle of the Sanctuary.
Process· Several businesses in town were contacted about bidding this project. · The trustees reviewed bids, and decided on Comfortec · The new sewer pipes will be PVC piping, and we will have 3 pumping stations to pump the sewer overhead. · We will also be pulling up the carpet and laying tile in the handicapped restroom across the hall from the offices.. |
Air Conditioners and FurnacesOur previous (New Beginnings) campaign was a huge success! We were able to replace the majority of our furnaces and air conditioning units. We still have the need to replace two air conditioners and two furnaces that were not part of the previous campaign. In addition we would like to put in two air conditioners that will service the lounge, Wesley Room, Bathrooms, Library, Nursery, Rug Unit Room, and the Resource Library.

Parking Lot Repair
Due to our winters and wear & tare on the parking lot, continued maintenance on the parking lot is a necessity. The decision was made to fill in the cracks in the parking lot to prevent further decay.
